Regime Options

I don't know if this is the proper place for this suggestion, but I would like to see a drop down in the ragime tab for the three different security levels of prisoners. So I can have minimum security prisoners eat at a different time from the med and max. Or only have work time for the min security inmates. I think this would add more depth to the game.

Another option would be to allow us to pick which security level can work in certain rooms. Like the kitchen for instance. I don't want maximum security inmates having access to knives.
