Tutorial crash

My friend bought PA and has problems so he told me to post his problems here..He is too lazy to create his OWN acc here...Anyway,

He plays tutorial,everything fine until when we see Edward who is sentenced to death, kills the 2 couple,runs away, black screen, CHAPTER 1 DEATH ROW letter, then PA has stopped responding.


He checjs his debug file, and sees that there is an error:
Couldnt load Death row prison
GL Error


Somewhat like that...He is running Windows 7 on laptop.He re-opens games, and has to do thetutorial from the scratch, but it again crashes on same moment, couldnt load death row prison.Why? Tell me any solutions to help him solve problems.

Make sure his windows profile doesn't have any non-ascii characters in the name (ie, no accented characters etc)

yeah.. like that. Make sure the profile name only contains english letters (a to z) and/or numbers. Spaces are okay too, as are hyphens and underscores too.

Done but there is a problem:He renamed his pc profile name into PC but, on users folder it still has his current pc name, Γιωργος...Should he rename it to PC folder name or?

Don't rename the account, but make a new one. The folders take on the original name of the account, so renaming won't do any good.

Finally, creating and using a new Windows account without accented characters allowed me to finish the introduction without the game crashing after the cutscene... Weird experience after all, making me feel rather uncomfortable...
