HELP

So I bought Prison Architect in alpha 7 but I can't update it. When I go to the game and click on "Check for updates" and then exit it says mac or pc and since i run on a mac i click mac and it brings up username and password so I put my username and password for this thingy but it wont let me update. Am I using the wrong username and password if so what username and password do I need to use?

Have you registered for dev access? If not then you will not be able to access the downloads until you do so.

Also there are many topics regarding being unable to download the game, a search would likely have gotten you answers much faster. And for the love of all that is holy stop making topics where the title is just HELP or HELP!!! it doesn't tell us anything about your problem. Use a descriptive title like "Can't download update".

To be able to use
a) the developer forum
b) the download site and
c) the wiki
you have to register with the forum completely.
With your purchase you have gotten a link via email.
On that site the actual game had a key written next to it.
Armed with your forum account and that key head here
After that is completed you can use the above said comodities.
And by the way, on the download page you had gotten a link to via email is the current version.

Go to http://www.introversion.co.uk/prisonarc ... cover.html and try to get the email resent. If that doesn't work you'll need to send your Paypal Transaction ID to support@introversion.co.uk and ask them for help.
