Just something to keep in mind with your new prison with having the deliveries inside your prison border.

Pasted from another dev topic.

now my staff wont deliver metal and cloth to laundry and workshop, its just laying in the delivery zone -.-

That usually happens when your delivery area is surrounded by door and walls. That automatically reasigns those jobs from staff members to your prisoners who will do these tasks during work hours; even when you tag the delivery zone staff only which only leads to the jobs never getting done by anybody.

You can either wait for work time and let the prisoners do it (the area mustn't be tagged as staff only for this to work), or if you prefer your staff to do it, you need to place the delivery area OUTSIDE of your prison.

Yer I realised this after the 3rd video (out tomorrow) so I will have to alter things around a little. No worries though, all part of the alpha learning process. I never professed to be an expert at the game, I make just as many mistakes as anyone... probably more TBH :D

You have 2 delivery rooms, which are separated by a wall. If you dismantle the wall between the 2 delivery areas and then join them into a single room, that MIGHT fix the problem of the metal not being unloaded...

Still watching your videos. So thank you!

If you want to deter prisoners from taking items from the workshop (which are currently getting caught when they go to collect sheet metal), add some metal detectors to the workshop entrances. Prisoners will try to steal things if they think they can get them back to their cells to hide them. Putting the metal detectors at the entrances to the workshops will mean they are less likely to think they can get away with it, which in turn will stop people kept getting caught (as less people will be stealing). Does that make sense?

Also, any chance you could add the prisons (from now on?) to the Steam Workshop at the point that you sell them? Just be nice to have them all in one place, but completely up to you.

Cheers

I am looking forward how your kitchen will work out. (6*20/3=40), you are able to feed around a third at once.

Steam Workshop is broken, you can't upload more than one or update existing one.
