When I start prison architect, there is a black screen for a few seconds, it show "Chapter 1: Death Row" and then immediately shows the Introversion logo, followed by a text box saying that an error occurred and it closes. I have deleted my preference.txt but it still doesn't work. Here is my debug.txt:
