cant access new update

hi i recently downloaded prison architect and after the new alpha was releasd (alpha 7) i tried to update and when the site asked me for my password and usr name i found tht wen i did it kept re showing the pass and usr screen any help plz???

That means you did it wrong.

Try it all again, and this time read the instructions more carefully. There's some stuff I missed, too.

It takes about a day or two for them to get to your email and being contacting you, there's quite a lot of people sending in support tickets which they have to individually go through and reply to. I'm sure they'll get you set up correctly in the next couple of days.

Have you activated your forum account with your Prison Architect key? Do you have more luck on the builds page?

i activated the key and on the builds page i try and download the alpha and it requires password and usr name which i type in multipul times correctly and still cannot access

From the pdf you get access to after purchase. From all of them to be exact.

Registration
You do not need to register with us, however if you do so you will be able to

If you already have followed this exact steps and it still does not work there are two options why.
First both registration have to be the EXACT SAME NAME AND PASSWORD. The fact that these are two registration links does not mean this are two board accounts.
Secondly have you double/triple/quadrachecked spelling on name and password?
When both fails contact support. And wait patiently because they are busy.

@fetchfido 789 support@introversion.co.uk has sent you a download link for your order hosted by digitaldeliveryapp.com. All the way down on that page is Prison Architect with the PC and MAC version. Just before that there are multiple .pdf files, the first (1-PA-30-BasePack) has your licence key written in the name.

1) Have you received an error when you activated for forum account with your Prison Architect key?
2) At the start of the Alpha some people rumored that special characters in the password may cause some problems. I doubt this is true but I guess if you have special characters in your password you may try to remove them.

i sent message to introversion support nd helped me identify the problem and sort it out turns out i had done the access key wrong thanks for the advice people
