Ask a friend, Imperator - or see if you can get ahold of a Visa / Master Debit Card. Those work just as well with Paypal with no "credit" involved. They are simply withdrawal cards from your bank account - they can't be overcharged.

You can also go to a store and get one of those "Visa Gift Card" ... You pay cash for it at the store, and then use it to buy anything you want as long as the card has enough money on it.

If you buy a Visa Giftcard at the store just use the credit card option. There should be a number on the gift card that you can enter as a card number ect..
