Only in the developers forum.

Over there you can only access when you have bought the game and registered.
Here are many pirates. And we won't give them a chance to get support for free.

To get access to the the Developer forum, you need to activate your forum account with your Prison Architect key.

Just to clarify, it is not Introversion who are witholding any answers from you. Those not choosing to give you answers are players who have legitimately purchased the game and who feel it is unfair that you get for free what they have paid for. This includes myself. I find it quietly satisfying each time I read a post where a pirate can't get the game to load.
