Suggestion: Hero characters (breakout specialists)

I think it would be cool to have occasional "hero" prisoners coming into the prison.
They could have different abilities, like being melee combat experts or being good at getting through doors or over fences.
They would not be visible as a hero, instead players would be able to observe it when they actually do stuff that is extraordinary, like beating up a lot of guards or staging an escape at night, lockpicking their way through doors and cutting through fences or even digging holes through concrete.
Taking this concept further, there could be groups of them planning breakout plans, that are revealed after an escape or before if the player manages to uncover the plan (I am thinking of a path marking all major breakthrouth points). This could add a mini-game to the game where players actively look for suspicious prisoners trying to find out these plans.
This would add some excitement to the game because if a prison runs too smooth it gets boring. I have the most fun when something unexpected happens.

No matter how smooth I think my prison is running I still get psychos shanking each other and crap! I have yet to lose interest and I imagine the AI still has many things to be added. I bet stuff like your talking about is already on its way in.

I imagine a squad of specialized prisoners trying to break out will come up in the story side at some point :p

Would like to see some kind of Payday easter egg in this game. Like a story mission where 4 guys with a mask enter your prison or something. They could try to break someone out.
