Game runs but registration for Wiki and Forum fails

Is this the problem referred to in the stickied post above re. keys not working? If not, can anyone please help, as I can't get past the "Authorisation Required" screen with my Forum username and PW therefore I have no access to the forum or wiki. Is it borked or am I inputting the wrong data into this screen?

Keys are pretty much borked still. I have had zero luck getting into the wiki, either.
