Problems activating your key?

I purchased the game, got my email, opened the link, downloaded the pdf, created a Introversion forum account, registered, double and triple checked my username and password and can not access the wiki to download the game. Can you please help me.

So it says my key has been activated to my account but it will not let me go to the wikipage

now when i do that i get to the next page where i need to enter my info again and then the boxes go blank and nothing happens

In my email, it says "You can download your purchase from...", when i click on that link, it downloads a PDF file, with instructions to make an account and then download the game from the wiki. But if my account isn't working because of the Key problem, how am i supposed to download it from the wiki, if the wiki doesn't accept my username and password???

Well that's a bit silly. The key sent to me had a comma (,) at the end of it so when I went to copy/paste it, I also included the comma.

Probably not a great idea to have anything else on the same line as the key.

Add me to the list of people who haven't received their key despite PayPal charge going through fine. Hopefully support will sort it but this is not a great start when you're charging $30. Even small indie companies charging a few dollars manage to send out keys instantly.
