Japanese translation

Postby Tricycle21 » Wed Jan 03, 2007 4:12 pm

I began making a Japanese language files. As Darwinia doesn't support double-byte character, the mod has only katakana and romaji.
I've made Japanese .bmp files and a Japanese .txt file from menu strings to Containment messages. Everyday I'm getting along with my translation for a short time before I go to bed so I could finish it in this year.

But there is a problem; I don't have any servers to post the files.

Talk to Testrie. He's got a server of his own, and I think he'd be glad to show you how it's done.

Talk to Icepick and/or trickfred. Icepick hosts several mods at thenextgame.co.uk (though he may be busy, and unable to do much with it at the moment), and trickfred may be able to host it at stellarmatter.
