Ok I got them looking pretty nice. I used the glow effect from stricken souls... (the goldfish, I read one of your posts somewhere that said anything from stricken was usable, but if you for any reason don't want me to use this just let me know and I'll take it out.)

thanks!
Now I got a new problem. Remember my yard level? well, for some reason, the "get armour" objective starts out already completed. I've got a safe area searching for 1 armour, but when I get in the level, it says objective complete, current count: 0
(and YES I did check to make sure it wasn't searching for 0 armour) I even set it up to 20 armours and it still was completed on entry.

Make sure that the building is global. Make sure that it has a line in game.txt, and that it is set to offline there. Make sure that the team is correct, and that it is looking for the correct type of unit. Those are the first things that come to mind. Without seeing the map, mission, and game.txt files, there is not much more that I can think of that would cause the problem.

You remind me a lot of what I used to do at a programming camp. I used to rely on the counselor for whatever went wrong. Now, to that end, I have no clue what makes a mod work. None. But I do know that if you rely on others too much...
They. Will. Be. Pissed. Off.
We're happy to help but the thing about this type of stuff is that you really have to practice a lot before you try anything big.
Here is what I think may work. If I sound crazy then correct me.
1. When you get the error, write it down so you don't forget.
2. Check everything related to the error
3. If all else fails, maybe isolate the level that the problem occurs in. Ie: remove it and make a seperate mod
You may now shout at me for saying something I know nothing about
