I made a test mod (yes, the dish one - i've run into thousands of different "little" problems now ) and when i complete all the primary objectives (actually, there's only one - activate the radar dish (which is on a different island from the tower in the map actually).
Anyone know why?

I'm sorry, but why what? Could you please rephrase your statement, as it really doesn't explain your problem (unless I'm reading it wrong )
If what you meant was that the level or objective doesn't complete, then try making sure your radar dish is global.

I fixed the problem. It turns out that it was a problem in the script.
New problem: How exactly do pylons work? (I'm trying to have it begin with a "PylonStart")

PylonStarts seem not to work in mods. The pylons are used to tranport power, as in Generator or Yard. Put SolarPanels at one end, and a pylon end at the other. The PylonEnd should link to whatever building you are trying to power (say, a Yard or FuelGenerator).
