I never finished it. :(

I am actually surprised that it is still listed in the modlist.

I lost my passion after a bit, I suppose one day I may finish it, if I ever can get it how I want it. I haven't looked at it for quite some time now.

So Technically it is probably Dead, but I admit that it does hold the promise of life anew someday. In the meantime I am going to see if I can find a different mod that grabs my imagination. perhaps I'll come back to this. :wink:

Its still listed cos you asked me to list it and never told me that you had abandoned it and i should remove it.
I'll take it off tonight, and in fact, i'm taking any mod off that isn't yet released. no more "coming soon".

I hate seeing those empty columns too so i might dump those as well.

i'm getting a bit bored of all things Darwinia now. I bought the game on steam solely for the fact that multiplayer was promised. i'm just fed up waiting for that.

This is a great story, mind if I make my mod a kind of sequel to this? Warning: It's not gonna be a very high quality mod.

But this story would fit perfectly into what I need for mine.

The list is easy to maintain right now. i.e. theres nothing to do !! So its not a bother.
Unless theres word of multiplayer or some great new mods soon then i'll probably jack it in. U see i've played all the current mods and completed the game 3 times and theres nothing left right now.

Come on IV !! News us up...

oh yeah? *creates a level with 50 spam cubes, a few control towers, 2,000 rgs, 20 centipedes, 8 iteration trees, one global spawn point master, 5 islands, and one rocket, and a bunch of incubulators. you get to start with grenades, squads, engineers.*

*sets mission to bring spawnpm online, and destroy all spams.*

Ok, lets see you try to beat that!

Well, with the SpawnPointMaster being global, the Spam will be pretty much useless. The level would clog many systems, as 8 iteration trees are a bit of a resource hog, but it wouldn't be very challenging or interesting, I think.

/me removes the spawn point master and adds 7? safe areas.
