[p2/b6] Lack of audio in the world map

The world map doesn't have any background noise; it's totally silent. Wasn't aware this was a bug until I saw someone mentioning the sound.

Update: You get sound for a short period of time after leaving a location.

This is fixed, even in beta6, by just copying the retail sounds.dat over.

Bug fixed.
