Mouse isn't freed on ctrl+z

I reported this to John when beta5 was first released, but I thought it would be a good idea to have a proper report for it.

In game, press ctrl+z to minimise darwinia. The mouse pointer isn't freed. Simple as that.

(In other news, phpBB is fairly hard to use without a mouse.)
