blackbox.txt not always written when game crashes on startup

Postby lemonade » Tue Dec 21, 2004 6:24 am

When game crashes I got empty blackbox.txt and GDB btrace reports it couldn't find preferences.txt. So I did

Code: Select all

touch preferences.txt

and now it seems to write file full of text.

Is my darwinia_linux_demo_beta4.zip missing some files or is this a bug?

as of beta4 preferences.txt isnt stored in the directory you run darwinia from in but instead in ~/.darwinia/

Oh. But still backtrace says it doesn't find that file and without it blackbox.txt is empty.
