FYI, 'xvidtune -unlock' should fix the mouse for you.

Doesn't work for me, though the command doesn't return an error. Restarting kdm fixes the problem, but its annoy to have to let KDE load every time i wanna stop playing the game.

Infact, if i don't change the resolution (or do some equivalent change to the options) the app doesn't exit it all, instead it just hangs there...

For those of you who need a reliable method for getting the mouse cursor alive again, get umouse from icculus, compile it and stick it in some convenient bin directory for quick reference.

When I exit after playing for a while, darwinia crashes out and takes the X server with it. I don't know whether this is due to running 64bit X + 64bit Nvidia drivers against this 32bit app. The game seems to run fairly stably - exiting seems to be the trouble point.
