Whenever I download the mod, from any source, it says that decompression fails. I am running the latest version of OSX and am on a MacBook.
On my website ( http://yozh.org/ ), there are two versions of the mod, one is .zipped, the other .tar.gz'd. One of those should work. If not, you might try a different archive utility. The archive utility that OSX uses by default doesn't always work properly. You might try using the command line, or grabbing the free version of Aladdin Systems Stuffit Expander. Other than that, I am not sure what else to try---I can open both archives with no difficulty, and I, too, am using an Intel based Mac (as well as a PPC based Mac).
