Mods saving

while i'm improving in my campaign - in any mod - darwinia doesnt remember my last moves from level to levels...
What i mean is,my progress isnt saved.

...After loading the mod, you do load a profile, right? When you load a mod, your profile's set to 'none', and you have to set a profile manually. If you play without a profile loaded, the game won't save your progress. If you are loading a profile after loading a mod, then I don't know what to tell you.
