Very Jittery Camera w/Radar Dish

When I select the radar dish, all of a sudden the camera gets very unstable and starts swerving all over the place, almost giving me motion sickness. Occasionaly it will slow down to an almost halt, but if I try to aim it, the unstableness will start all over again.
