Tutorial Building Not Found

Postby Section_Ei8ht » Mon Sep 10, 2007 5:48 am

Greetings all.

After getting over addictions to the other IV titles, I decided to finally give Darwinia an honest go around. I just started playing Darwinia a few days ago and became quite addicted to it. After finishing it I realized that I never played the prologue level, so I started but every time I play, after a few minutes it crashes with the Tutorial Building Not Found fatal error. I'm using the steam version and running XP with a nvidia 7800, latest drivers. Here's the blackbox output:

The rest of the game runs solid, so no real worries. Just wondering if there is a quick fix for this or a setting I'm missing. I did a search but only found one post that mentioned the same error and it didnt really offer a solution.

Cheers.

[edit] Just thought it would be worth mentioning that sometimes while playing, I would finish a level that would start playing music, and during the cutscene when it would change to another location, the game would crash. That wasnt really a problem, though, because all I had to do was start it back up and it would pick off from the beginning of the cutscene and play fine.
