main screen mess up

I beat the game a while back and I wanted to play a cerain level again so I started up my profile which had all the levels on it and when i lloked for the levels they were all stuck in one place (the soul repository to be exact), so know I can't play any of the levels except garden which is acctually on the world. Is there any way that I could fix this or is there an thread on this already that someone could link me to? Ohh and yes I have the latest patch.
