Weird though, I used to have a 6200, I had no such issues. :/

And, crap that it may be, it played everything I wanted it to. Even Doom 3 with some tweaking looked prety damn good.

unrelated though this may be - I had this problem when my laptop decided to hibernate in the middle of a game. When I plugged the laptop in and resumed, Darwinia was doing exactly as described in post #1. Restarting the game didn't fix it, only a reboot did the trick.

Don't know if this helps anyone isolate the problem. Just a thought.
