Exception Error c0000005 and sometime c00000094

Exception Error c0000005(access error) and sometime c00000094 (divide by zero)
I am getting the above errors running V1.42 (Darwinia.exe) on the higher difficulty levers (7 and above), on several of the mods and lately on Trickfred's Enemy Within Part 3 at the CodeLibrary. Actually I can not even enter CodeLibrary with getting the c0000005 immediately. (I had completed the level, but had the 5 error just after the fade out and before any messages or world map appeared).

Hardware accelerator for 3dsound is disabled, I have read through the current threads and tried various fix, all drivers up to date and correctly installed. No other problem with any other games. No blackbox.txt is generated only the message the Microsoft is sorry …….

I have include my physical hardware and preference file. I have tried various configuration of graphic and sound setting, all without any difference. I am posting here under windows as this has occurred not only with the mods (but more often than not) but also with the original game (especially at the difficulty 10, with lots going on). I think that it may be a video issue, but have tried reinstalling the drivers, lowing the resolution, tinkering with the refresh rate etc, but to no good whatso ever. My FX card does have 256meg of dedicated memory with up to 540meg (using System memory) for textures, so it is not exactly low end. But at times it does act like it. Normal fps is around 60, but when things get very, very, busy it has dropped down to 5.

Any suggesions would be appreciated.
