Getting stuck in Gesture Help screen

Postby jim_the_coder » Fri Aug 27, 2004 4:50 pm

This didn't happen the first few times I played, but now seems to happen all the time - I go up to the Gesture Help screen and then get stuck and can't move down again. Even if I release ALT, holding it again takes me back there and I can't move out. As I've already learnt some of the gestures, I can get away with just not checking this top screen ie: the middle one still works fine. However (seperate bug?) If I do this (create squads without looking at the top screen), the game works fine, but when I press escape to quit, it comes up with the crash dialog saying blackbox.txt has been created etc. I'd guess that there's some issues with whatever clean-up code you run on exit.

I've figured this out; switching back to fullscreen mode prevents this bug, at least in 800x600 (as explained in my post in the class A forum I can't run the game at 1024x768 nonwindowed)
