Introversion

Hello everyone,

it's been three days, and I haven't received anything from Introversion, besides a text file with instructions to email them with my forum username and that it'll be there in 24 hours... Been longer than that, and I'm starting to get worried. Has anyone else had the same problem? Going to send more emails...

I don't really have much to say besides try other way to contact them - such as http://support.introversion.co.uk/
They really should update this system to be automatic, it's quite silly the way it's "working" right now.
