Add 'RenderPosterResolution = x' (without quotes, obviously) to your preferences.txt file - x being any number 1 or higher (though I wouldn't stray past 10 unless you've got an ub3r l33t system). Then when ever you take a screenshot in-game, the screenshot will be much larger. Start small (2, 3) and work your way up until you find a desirable size. Resize as necessary in your favourite photo editor (because it's better to reduce the size of a large picture than to increase size from a smaller source picture).

Now you can make super-huge wallpapers of your own, and make them exactly the way you want. :D

I think that is largely unnecessary. Just set Darwinia's resolution to the size you want, and use [p] to take a screenshot. You might use a slight RenderPosterResolution setting so that you can crop out something to perfect the composition, but even that seems a little excessive.

Also, there is a screenshots gallery on IV's website.

The advantage of RPR is if you set it to, say, 5 & resize back to your normal desktop size, you've basically rendered the image with 5xAA for "free". Plus you can keep the original and it will scale better to desktop size of choice without looking streched/compressed.

The largest image setting I used was 10 for a raw image size of about 380MB. I wouldn't suggest to use anything more than 5 in this mod unless you like pain.

I always leave something out, don't I?

Thanks, Neo, for filling in my gap. :D
