PDA keyboard

OK. It's my 18th bday next week (yay me etc.) Anyway. For a birthday present I want to get a PDA and a keyboard. Now I'm thinking of getting an I-tech virtual keybaord. Like This one.

Unfourtunatly, I've never even seen one of these IRL. What I want to know is: have any of you?

Of so, what are they like? Are they accurate? Hows the battery life? IS it worth the money?

Please help me!

Don't get , a review in (T3 -Gadget magazine im subscribed to)

Gave it a very poor mark , and said you get alot of typo's out of it.

And can't type at a very fast rate on it at all , i would get it out but i can't be botherd to find it.

only keyboards that connect directly to the PDA are any good, AFAIK. And even some of those are not good.

Also, some PDAs don't feature any way to connect to a keyboard except the IR port.

OK, I've decided I'm gonna get the palm Tungsten E2 Here And add the wireless keyboard (As wireless appears the only way to go :/) Here

Anyone know of a reasin why these wont work together/a better combo to go for?

i have a palm LifeDrive and I love it :p

My dad has a t3 and i used to have a zire 71, that was ace... my friend has a zire 72... its quite good...

what do you want your pda for?

I use my PDA for notes. I don't use an actual keyboard either. I've become quite skilled in the use of the onscreen keyboard.

Unfourtunatly, I have poor hand eye co-ordination. I struggle enough using keys the size of a keyboard, let alone what you get on those screens.

You're in luck. I recently bought a Tungsten T5 (With free wi-fi card deal, later lost, bought a new one, found the old one, now have two) and purchased a Targus Universal Wireless Keyboard last week. Needless to say, it rocks. The keys are a bit close together and the space bar is three keys, but overall it's cool. PalmOne has a keyboard, which I suppose is probably much better.
