Does it always try to go to darwinia.co.uk when the demo ends?

Some people don't have an internet connection and so they'll probably have a long hecka fun with the Internet Connection Wizard if they play the demo as much as some people say they do.

I actually have that problem; I don't have an internet connection at home, and I play through Darwinia... Very often (Testing Discombobulator/Map editor you know )
Maybe IV could do *something* in the upcoming demo to prevent this from happening when you don't have an internet connection...?

I always use ALT+F4 to quit. It doesn't bring up the website then.
