A question to beta testers...

Are the units in the game really as ugly and horrible as they are in the screenshots? I hope not...

Also, I was under the impression that Chris wanted a high variety of hardware to test the first beta...it seems that a Duron 800 and Geforce2 MX aren't rare enough...

The "old school graphics look nice and they must stay what they are i think

If the pixely look disturbs you, you can turn off pixel shading (in the beta, anyways) and it'll look like a nice, cyberspace RTS without the oldschool-ish pixel look to it.

Personally, I think it works very well. Looking at the screenshots before trying the game, I wasn't too impressed. But, it's a lot nicer when playing in-game. I think it looks much nicer with the effect then without.

Yeah, screenshots really dont do the game justice. They look perfect when they are in movement.
