If they have the comfort of the abstract hardware%OS interface, they can just write the logic for the game, and given that it doesn't rely on OS specific funtions, it should work under Linux as well, replacing the OS&hardware layer.

Newbies = People new to the game/forum/whatever
N00bs = People who know exactly what to do but screw it up anyway

Newbies just need to learn how things are done, most of them pick it up quickly.

Noobs need to be taught some serious manners or just simply kicked from the game/forum/whatever. We don't want n00bs. You wouldnt believe what some people post. On one forum (not mentioning any names) someone posted a reply to the oldest topic they could find and said 'hahaha i l33t hahahaha green giant'. Some people haven't got the brains to fill an eggcup.

Does he like even let us know when he is looking for more or when he has found all the beta testers he needs?
