Sounds nice, but if they use the more technically adept people then they will get better feedback and as a result they will be able to fix more of the bugs that crop up during testing.

Like I said, so long as these non-technical people follow the guidelines in properly reporting bugs during betatests, then they could be as valuable a betatester as anybody else.

Have a global database of email addresses linked to power grids. If people send too many stupid "tech support" emails then their PC has a power surge and explodes violently. :D Vote for me!
