Gamemode Idea (Noob)

There are 2 teams. There is are 2 islands and 1 big island the big island has Evilwinians. The Evilwinians have 3 turrets and they have 2 spawn points. The only way to get to the island is by Armour. The player teams start off with a amour factory and a spawn point. The first one to get to the island, capture the spawn points, Hold the island and take over the other teams base on the 2nd island wins.

You could do this as a blitz map pretty easily. Put flags at each base, and a flag in the middle with some evilinians. Once the map editor is done, this should be a fairly easy map to create.

there should be a big thread full of map ideas...community brainstorming, eh?
wonder what chaos 3 or 4 teams going for the middle flag would be (but uncappable home flag seems funner)

There is already a map very much like this. There are four islands. Three of them, arranged like a triangle, host trunkports and the home bases of three teams. The last is larger, and has four flags on it (get rid of the extras, and it would be as described in the OP). There are no evilinians, and no gunturrets on the central island, but it is close -- it might give you some idea of how it should work.
However, the map needs spawn points. ;)

The problem with this is that the person who captures the control point isn't necessarily the person who covered the most ground/is the better player. I can see this mode becoming a game of convincing the AI to attack the other person more, so you can push through on your (now less defended) side.
