Cannot Update

Hi, I've been playing my retail version of Multiwinia since Christmas. However, I cannot seem to update from version 1.1, to version 1.3. Whenever it tries, it just states that the download cannot be completed and starts the game. Do I need to forward a port to let it download? Both 4000 and 4001 are forwarded.

Since the updater makes only outbound connections, port forwarding shouldn't be required; what could be required is unblocking of ports. However, you can just as well download the current demo and install it. The key you have entered already should automatically unlock the demo.
