[1.2.3] Crash to desktop on game start

Someone was hosting a 4 player co-op DOM game on the Holy Tree, I have no idea what they did to the settings but it caused all 4 of us to crash to desktop as soon as the game started, twice. I'll make an attempt to find the person who was hosting it and ask what the set-up was.

That causes crashes? I've hosted games with it before.

It sometimes does. It may do so more often in combination with other settings and on certain maps.
