[1.0.6] Crate/powerup icons cover the chat area

A minor, but slightly annoying isse: although the icons for crate drops and powerups go behind the chat box and do not cover up existing text, they are shown in front of the typing area when it is open, and can sometimes cover up your text as you type it. Hopefully the screenshot explains it better:
