So, I was playing a 4 way FFA KoTH match. We got a synch error at like 5 min in, and we were all sad. Then, one player left, and the game resumed. I don't have a sync log for it, it just isn't in my multiwinia folder.
Perhaps you could fix it (temporarily) by booting the player that is causing the error, or force him to follow what everyone else sees, etc.

The sync error log is usually in (for XP users with C as their system drive)
C:\Documents and Settings\%USERNAME%\Local Settings\Application Data\Introversion\Multiwinia\.
Whatever windows operating system you have though, you should be able to navigate to
%USERPROFILE%\Local Settings\Application Data\Introversion\Multiwinia\
and find the sync logs there.

I've often wondered why the game doesn't send the entire gamestate to a desynced client, probably distributed in chunks from the agreeing clients... sure, even well compressed it could be a couple of megabytes for large matches, but I'd be happy to wait 3 minutes to resume a game I'm 10 minutes into.
