@klaydude1 i have Outpost as firewall, and when i disable it, i can see the levels.
You have to watch into your "windows security center" what firewall is runinng.

This is because Multiwinia has been prevented from accessing Introversion's metaserver. Not much anyone can do except you. You need to either disable your firewall or add an exception to allow Multiwinia to access the internet.

i also have this problem. i'm with virgin media and have an old ntlworld broadband internet. i've tried disabling the firewall, checking its exceptions, re-installed all my drivers and un-installed my virus software.... i can join maybe 3/5 on-line games, but thats all .
anyone with virgin had this problem ? any ideas welcomed, getting a tad desperate now tbh.

So you can see the list of online games, but you can neither host your own games nor play single player games, because you get a blank screen?
That *probably* means the server and client components of Multiwinia can't talk to each other. The reason for that would most likely be that Multiwinia cannot determine the IP address of your computer on the LAN. Could you post the output of ipconfig? To do so, first start a console (Start->Run->enter "cmd", at least on XP) and there enter "ipconfig".

Hmm, those bits look fine. Connection 3 looks good, the others are IPV6 and therefore ignored. Unless you're hiding interesting info about Local Area Connection 1, I see no reason why anything should fail. That said, it's not really publicly know how Multiwinia does find its own IP, so sorry, I'm clueless.
