Opened the ports, still can't connect to 99/100 games

How the hell do I fix this? And yes, I know how to open ports correctly.
Did you read the sticky at the top of this forum sub section "Connection Problems" ?
What router do you have? I changed my (crap) router and now can connect to just about everyone...
There are a few other threads with some fixes but I can't link to them at the moment...
