If testers really tested this game properly then we wouldn't have had so much unbalanced maps, so is it so weird that I ask mysef, hmm maybe they tested tanks and didn't find them usefull/fun but they didn't see this or that, or forget that and this..

You are assuming that:

A) Everything reported was fixed.

B) Nothing was changed that had unintended consequences after the beta ended.

C) The maps are inherently unbalanced, and if so, were not meant to be so.

D) That we are perfect.

In short, we did our best because we wanted the best game possible. We did not leave things intentionally broken or unbalanced just so we could deal with selfish twats like you months later.

That the secrecy obligations of BETA TESTER with respect to the information shall continue for a period ending 1 year from the date hereof.

"The date hereof" being the date we signed the NDA.

EDIT: Actually I can't figure out which NDA I'm looking at. It might have been the one for Darwinia. :/

You shouldn't need to be reminded that you are under an NDA regarding the beta, which does not expire for a while. Anything that you know from the beta, and only from the beta, is not public knowledge. This includes any information about whether or not tanks suck, or even exist at all.

Actually, first time I knew this was when I read the post of that one guy that changed a normal game's level to have them. I only tested it by myself in the beta, but I also know it from somewhere else.

Over 50% of the active threads in the multiwinia forums have become Cyan. hunting grounds. While I understand that it's the community's duty to flame idiots to death, and 99% (or more) of the time Cyan. brings it on himself, it is getting a bit out of hand.
