And also... While meteor showers are faster, they have a wider spread and don't hit every part of it. Half the time they end up going outside the center of the circle. This makes up for nukes being slow... yet nukes, being technological, will have a smaller and more precise hit area, where one missile ALWAYS hits the center while the rest hit the other part of the radius circle designated by it.
And don't make suggestions if you can't thoroughly play the game... At least get to know as much as you can about the game as possible before complaining about so-and-so should be this-and-that...
Not to mention your trying to make changes that basically will require higher-ended computers which a lot of people don't have, not to mention possibly desaturizing multiwinia completely. There's a reason why they didn't add the explosive ripple effects from the latest Darwinia version to Multiwinia, why the souls are smaller and disappear a lot faster, etc etc... because it's a bunch of stickmen being generated by the computer, and the more the computer has to generate, the more it lags... I think everyone knows that.
Hence, voila! Small maps. *shot*
Proper nuclear attacks, combat vehicles & Defense Towers

Legorobot - If all your changes were implemented, Multiwinia would turn into a completely different game!
Your suggestions are different enough from Multiwinia that I'd suggest that if you went out and wrote a game like you described, people probably wouldn't even notice that you based it on Multiwinia!
Please don't take this criticism of your idea personally. I am simply trying to point out that the scale of the changes you are suggesting are just too much! These are the sorts of things the designers would have been discussing when they had their first ideas of how the game was to be put together. Now that the game is finished, there is just no way that the concept is going to be changed as radically as you are suggesting.
