I expect this topic was talked about during beta testing, but can we have an option to make "scrolling" around the landscape faster? I'm constantly holding down shift as the default speed is too slow!

The lack of sound volume control, as others have mentioned, is ridiculous. If the music I am playing is too loud/soft, I don't want to come back to the desktop to balance it with Multiwinia's sound. This I find nearly as irritating as the fact you had to hack Defcon to turn off the music. Inexplicable.

When you select "single player game", can it please not put up an advert to everyone in the world to join your game? I don't like having to choose my game options really quickly in fear of someone joining my game! Fair enough, this is a game designed for human v human play, but still..... And why can't I talk to people before the game has started?

Inclusion of volume control and bugfixing don't quite fit my definition of an 'interesting' idea , and as Jelco implies, it's a good idea to use the 'Search' function to ensure you aren't suggesting things others have raised
