Tutorial 2

I've played through tutorial 2 a couple times and I'm missing something. I take the armor over and wipe out the red guys. However I start getting hit with meteor attacks and they just don't stop even after all the red guys are dead. Similar thing with the yellow except it's non-stop eggs.

What do I need to do to here to win?

Well, the tutorials are King of the Hill, so you don't get anything by killing the Red and yellow armies, however, it seems they get retribution (hence the meteors and eggs).

Although I'm confused, as it seems you didn't followed the tutorial instructions. You're supposed to use the armour to capture one of the empty islands, after which a timer should start and all you need to do is score by controlling hill areas.

Before I took the extra island, I built up armies on the middle one and parked them outside the radars. Once the timer started and the guys started invading, it was a turkey shoot!
