News flash, skipping one day of college wont cause the end of the world. Grow some balls already.

Maybe he means that the College building is actully physically in the way of getting to the launch party. And there's no roads around it or anything like that.

Bad town planing imo

Perhaps not, but in my case even for a short three day trip the airfare alone will be more then a semester's tuition. When one adds in travel to Salt Lake, travel from London Airport to where ever the even tis held, food, and accommodation then things get even worse. I would love to go, but I don't have that kind of money.

Luckily living in Scotland means that London isn't really that far away, though I've never been in the city proper, it would be like an adventure for me. ^_^

Is London close to New Zealand?

I'm sure it is, I can see the Eiffel tower from my window.

I'd dance for joy... then play several rounds with the AI.

I have the impression that Multiwinia isn't as "intense" as Defcon when it comes to Multiplay, so I'll prolly be more likely to pick it up and play it against other players on the first day.

All depends on where I am college-wise though.

Y'serious? Intense in what manner? For certain, more stuff happens more quickly. Anyway, as with most multiplayer games, starting out at the same time as the rest of the community is a good way to get your feet without being bulldozered.

I will be attending the release party also, though something tells me dressing up for this wont be as easy as it was for Defcon.

You could come as Dr. Sepulvida (that's probably misspelled).

It' an e, not an i. Otherwise, pretty good. I was way off on the spelling before I looked it up.

Spedulveda is the only human character in Darwinia. Unless someone can come up with a theme, he's the only possibility I can think of.

If I miraculously was able to go, I would wear my Darwinian keychain. It comes in the box if you buy the CD.
