Whole Home WiFi issues

Hello everybody

I just bought the new Whole home system and I'm already having issues. Various devices seem to have trouble reconnecting to it once they disconnect. I had refere this webportal of Big wifi.For example if I go out and my phone disconnects, when I return it seems to be in an endless loop trying to reconnect, then eventually says ip configuration failure. I have set the 2ghz to Channel 1 and 5ghz to channel 36 as suggested on another post but the problem persists. I have a Smart Hub 6 as my modem/router and have disabled the WiFi on it. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
