Introversion

I bought Darwinia + Multiwinia source code but I did not get anything except for source code instructions which told me to forward my order number email to the Introversion support email.
In the .txt I got it said that I would get it within 24 hours. I waited over 24 hours and decided to email them again.
A member named "Will" replied to me and said "Thanks" 4 hours later from my 2nd email. He sent me another link to the same thing I originally had which was the source code instructions to download telling exactly the same thing "Forward your email to the support email".

I am confused, am I missing something? Did I just get robbed of $45 USD?
I hope not :P I am really looking forward to doing some tinkering in this.
