Introversion

Hello IV community, I would like to propose to assemble a group of Multiwinia lovers. In this group we will pick one day out of the week, along with a time frame, to play a few matches of good ole Multiwinia. This isn't such a big feat, as we will just need a few (4-6) players to make sure someone at least gets a game in.

Who knows, down the road it might grow into something bigger and we can split up the players for different game modes and matches to be played at once. And maybe more than one day a week. I hope we can gather some players. I miss playing this great game and every time I login to check for a game. There is just no activity. Any feedback? Suggestions? Takers?


[Edit] Or if the one day a week doesn't work out, why not use this thread to sumbit a time you will be playing. Like right now, I'm going to sit in the Multiwinia Ladder server for the next hour in hopes of picking up a match. If anyone wants to make my wish come true, boot up and get in

Good thats one, we can do this guys/gals. One day a week isn't much for a game we do enjoy. Would be a good break from the Minecraft server too, right IV Vets?


Free Multiwinia key for the first who joins up and plays atleast two weeks. (Or is a IV vet)

I don't think the problem is either with the game or the idea, personally I just suspect most people just stopped reading this subforum (I know I have).

That said, I doubt doing a game day regularly is going to take, especially since the community is so diminished currently, though one might have some success organizing one every once in a while.

True, I am not looking for a large success here. If I can manage to get atleast one game a week in, I will settle with that.

Maybe even doing a gameday a month. I just saw how the tournament came about and thought this might work too. I guess most of those facebook guys don't come here often.

That's a good idea, I've only ever had 6 online games since I bought Multiwinia (5 months ago).
It's starting to get a bit unproblematic playing the CPU.
I live in the UK so the time difference will be hell. *** But I'm up for it. ***
