History of Furturewinians and Evilwinians?

Futurewinans are from the internet, and are in fact 4chan incarnate. IV just didn't want to have them wear afros and transmit waves of shemale nudes, for painfully obvious reasons (ye olde ESRB).
Evilinians are just internet trolls, hence the soullessness and immunity to flaming.
Fine, fine:
Futurewinians are a hivemind that developed from access to the complete knowledge of every single being on Darwinia that has ever died, resultant of the first ever rocket successully taking off. The meeting caused the rocketeers to merge with the sheer wealth of knowledge itself, changing everything about them into... everything about Darwinia. Imbued with what they originally called the ultimate power, they quickly realised that had been denied the capacity to evolve on their own, having only the dead to leech knowledge from. Their solution was simple: Create a being that could live on the world below and act on their instructions. Enter the Futurewinian template we are all familiar with. There was a problem with this design as it was: They could neither produce this creature where they were, and could not affect the world below. Enter the Flying Saucer, the first, and most infamous form of the so-called Subversion.
The Futurewinian template, while not having nearly the power of its creator (having only the Subversion laser, the remote communication, and the knowledge necessary to interpret both its world and creator), is still visibly more powerful than a normal Multiwinian; an aura of pure data surrounds it as it would otherwise bring the Futurewinian to critical mass. It does not have the grenades for one reason, they saw this potentially backfiring weapon to be wasteful of the resources it always needed to steal and hold onto. The denied access to officers however was the doing of the Shamans, recognising both their right to exist and gigantic threat to individuality while the conflict continued.
Evilinians are constructed from the memory of the viral invasion by the Shamans, who had the power and memories to reproduce all aspects of it. They came into being to force the other Multiwinians to stop fighting each other and face their old common enemy (when you can reshape the world to your whim, the ultimate goal in life becomes responsible behaviour to guide other lifekind). This failed miserably, simply becoming yet another colour to hate. In despair, the Shamans gave free access to their reengineered viral entities but no offer of a true means to control it, prefering it exploded in the faces of anyone hateful enough to use it.
Since then, the Multiwinians have only gained the capacity to reproduce eggs of their own colour, and even then the creatures that come out may still work strictly for their own purposes.

The Evilinians are the sum of the remainder virus within Darwinia, as the spam email virus in it's final moments realized it's loss and at the last moment, switched to "sleeper mode", subtly hiding in bits of pieces of Darwinian code, but with no effect except increased starting aggression. Generations later, the Shamans found and tried to remove the code. The attempt succeeded but left the aggression in and it failed to remove from the severely infected multiwinians. The hidden virus, sensing this removal, went and transformed it's hosts into the current EWs.
The Futurewinans are the from the surviving original temple Darwinians. Using some of the abandoned research cubes, they slowly integrated some of the ore experimental code into themselves and their weapons and tools, hence the whiteness, subversion rays and UFO.

The crashing of the UFO on The Third Kind was due to a rocket from one of the Rocket Riot maps colliding with it, presumably Stairway to Heaven, due to the height of the rockets, but the rocket was stronger than the UFO and dislocated one of it's engines with it's nozzle. The greens, having been defeated, quickly found a way with the armour they had through their reprogrammed trunkport and captured the futurewinians onboard and held them hostage on a separate island, surrounded by a shield that couldn't be penetrated.
The reds, realizing that they had just forked over a deadly weapon to the greens, have been fighting to this day to get to the UFO, but under a time pressure from another strategic placement of the WMD, they are under heavy pressure to get in. They snuck 4 trunkport's worth of materials through and constructed the ports, but Green fired several nukes, wiped them out, and constructed a forcefield with a turret garden to protect the solar panels. The fight is on.
Edit: Also, I dont agree with your version of how Futurewinians came around, Mas Tnega. A pattern buffer glitch, which caused the blues to spawn, sounds a lot more likely than multiwinians just changing into futurewinians.
